Any shipment requiring high-temperature control ULD

The ideal solution to ensure unbroken cool chain using temperature-controlled air cargo containers:

• Special container (e.g., Envirotainer) is used to keep products cooled or deep frozen with no interruption in the cool chain during door-to-door transport.
• The shipment is ready for pick-up within 3 hours of arrival (local restrictions permitting).

Perishables requiring more of a "cool-chain" service

Safe transport for temperature-sensitive pfroducts.

• Perishables protected by thermal blankets for ground transportation or isothermal ULD’s temperature monitoring, in addition to access to refrigerated facilities.
• High priority during ramp handling. Temperature measurement at acceptance and delivery upon request.
• Shipments ready for pick-up within 3 hours of arrival (local restrictions permitting).

Perishables requiring standard and basic handling

Products with short life spans benefit from priority loading. They are properly packed and stored, traveling in ventilated, cooled baggage holds.
