China Cargo Airlines Officially Joins the SkyTeam Cargo Alliance
Munich, 5th June 2013 - China Cargo Airlines （CCA), a subsidiary of China Eastern Airlines, Ltd., officially joined the SkyTeam Cargo Alliance today during the Air Cargo Europe exposition at the Munich Germany Trade Fair Center, becoming the 11th member carrier of the SkyTeam Cargo Alliance.
Founded in 2000, today SkyTeam Cargo is the world's foremost air cargo alliance.
Four carriers, already partners in the SkyTeam passenger airline alliance, join forces for the cargo market as well. Aeroméxico Cargo, Air France Cargo, Delta Air Logistics and Korean Air Cargo announce the creation of SkyTeam Cargo in September 2000.
SkyTeam Cargo’s concern for the needs of its clients and, as a result, the quality of services provided means commitment to protection of the environment too.
Each member of the alliance has already taken many steps to reduce adverse environmental impact and will continue to do so in the future.
